CLOISTER GARDEN 1
TRACK 18

Second Orchestra - Fourth Part

CONCEPT. Poor and essential garden, the design that defines it counts more than plants: it is the enclosure both divine and secular, where the penumbra predominates. A well, a shrub of roses or an unusual plant marks the center of its geometric structure and stops the look just raised from reading. The quiet invites to recollection; here you'll hardly notice the passing of time.
If you have chosen this garden, you love to surround yourself with silence. Neither hopes nor fears agitate you: the clamor of the lives of others must not upset your days, only a chaste and profound emotion can interrupt your inner dialogue. You still live among humans, but you are already elsewhere: committed to building your personal metaphysics of the world, you do not realize that your paradise is becoming a prison.

GENERAL NOTE. Music to meditate, to feed the imagination, to increase concentration, to promote relaxation or the awakening of the soul.
Music to tell a story, to read a poem, to draw inspiration, to write a tale, to act on a stage, to venture into the realm of fantasy, crossing unknown and secret gardens without moving from the sofa.
Music conceived in imitation of nature: like a river, always equal to itself but always changing, on whose banks to lie down without expecting anything.
Music that creates dreamlike and hypnotic atmospheres, for multimedia artworks, ambient backgrounds, audio/video/light installations in public or private places.

CONCEPT BY TIZIANA COMIS, inspired by selected passages of the book DI CHE GIARDINO SEI? CONOSCERSI ATTRAVERSO UN SIMBOLO (What's your garden? Self-knowledge through a symbol) by DUCCIO DEMETRIO, to whom our most sincere thanks go.
