In the bonus item you can find the 2018's teaser of ALPINE by the cinematographic director VITTORIO GAZZERA, that was inspired for his 3D animated space opera by the version without choruses of the MANUEL CHIEREGATO's overture for ALPINE GARDEN.

It was a polyphonic loop for chamber orchestra, composed with prolation canons and mirror counterpoints, divided into 8 equal parts, each of which was repeated by a synthesizer orchestra, which projected the sounds in the wider range of electronic instruments.

CONCEPT.
It is the house of glass, where the life of plants is guarded, but also forced to accelerate. Garden of irresistible and unnatural goodies; subject to careful studies and systematic care. Here the best is selected, diversity is tolerated and thrives, but only if it falls within production standards. From the outside you can see the army of plants lined up in perfect rows, obediently waiting for the god who will multiply them. Betrayals are not allowed, here...
It is the garden of those who feel the need to control their every desire, every innermost drive, selecting only the best for themselves. Normality and modesty are not for him: he feels called to much more! To achieve this, it does not tolerate deviations from the established route; however, at times an excruciating doubt assails him: that the best pages of his life have not yet been written?

REVIEW BY VALERIO SANTI.
Seriality of glass that surrounds the small but persistent sonorous industriousness of the plants collected in it; task of the human is not to divert sight and hearing from that fabulous process of accumulation and synthesis.
Narzole (CN - Italy), 26th June 2018.

GENERAL NOTE.
Music to meditate, to feed the imagination, to increase concentration, to promote relaxation or the awakening of the soul.
Music to tell a story, to read a poem, to draw inspiration, to write a tale, to act on a stage, to venture into the realm of fantasy, crossing unknown and secret gardens without moving from the sofa.
Music conceived in imitation of nature: like a river, always equal to itself but always changing, on whose banks to lie down without expecting anything.
Music that creates dreamlike and hypnotic atmospheres, for multimedia artworks, ambient backgrounds, audio/video/light installations in public or private places.

CONCEPT BY TIZIANA COMIS, inspired by the book DI CHE GIARDINO SEI? CONOSCERSI ATTRAVERSO UN SIMBOLO (What's your garden? Self-knowledge through a symbol) by DUCCIO DEMETRIO, to whom our most sincere thanks go.
